Harris Tudor was formed by a group of senior implementation managers and product managers, who independently assisted investment managers with order and execution management system implementations.  They came together as Harris Tudor to pool their program management, technical development skills, integration experience, and product knowledge for the benefit of our clients.

We staff projects with seasoned implementation and enhancements veterans.  People who have worked on platforms including (but not limited to) Charles River, Bloomberg, and/or BlackRock projects for over a dozen years.  They have personally experienced many implementations and bring to the table the best practices that have benefitted clients and the lessons of cleaning-up and mending implementations by other parties that did not go well.  In several cases our consultants have years of experience with current OMS/EMS provider staff, providing working relationships that enable us to be that much more effective.
